If would appear that your aloes are all suffering from a fungus disease called rust.  Plants which are grown in too much shade, have insufficient air circulation, or are given too much water, are much more prone to this disease than those which receive plenty of sun and are given the correct amount of water at the right time of year, which is most important.

Plants which are infected with rust should be destroyed.  Preventative measures against this disease are giving the plants the right growing conditions and spraying them with copper oxychloride, mancozeb of triforine.

My aloes have brown and yellow circular patches on their leaves.  What are they?
