Notes : Genus of 25 species. Majestic tree fern forming a trunk and an attractive spreading crown. Relatively slow-growing. Its fronds are pale green when young and darken with age. Grow in humus-rich, acid soil. In hot weather, mist the plant with water and keep the soil moist. It's very popular in cultivation as it tolerates frost, snow and warmer weather. Pests and diseases: trouble free.
